Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must be registered and will receive a badge displaying the name of the exhibiting company.
Three Exhibitor ID cards and Three Lunch Coupons will be handed over to the authorised person of each company.
Thereafter, for any additional ID badge and entry pass, the exhibitor will be charged the registration fee as below (per person):
1. For one day – ₹4,500 per person (inclusive of food)
2. For all days – ₹12,500 per person (inclusive of food)
3. Exhibitor registration allows access to the exhibition area only and shall be used by company staff only

Payment Terms

1st Installment	25% of total payable amount	Till 31 August 2026
2nd Installment	50% of total payable amount	Till 30 November 2026
3rd Installment	25% of total payable amount	By 10 February 2027
